What We Collect
We collect booking details such as passenger name, phone number, email address, selected game, fare type, payment preference, cancellation token, and boarding status.
How We Use It
We use booking information to manage seats, send confirmations and reminders, operate boarding lists, process cancellations, notify waitlist customers, and respond to support requests.
Service Providers
We may use providers such as Cloudflare for hosting and database services, Resend for email, and Twilio for SMS. These providers process information so the booking service can operate.
Retention
We keep booking and cancellation records for operational, support, audit, and legal reasons. Cancellation records may remain after a booking is removed from the active passenger list.
