Bulldogs Boat Booking Terms

Bookings

A booking reserves the selected passenger place for the selected Western Bulldogs home-game charter. Please use accurate contact details so we can send confirmation, cancellation, and service update messages.

Payment

Unless the booking page states otherwise, Bulldogs Boat fares are paid on board. Any card payment or credit process offered in future will be handled under the instructions shown at checkout.

Cancellations

Your confirmation message includes a cancellation link. Using it releases your seat immediately so another supporter may book or be contacted from the waitlist.

Refunds or credits are not automatic from the cancellation link. The Bulldogs Boat team will review eligibility, timing, operator costs, and Australian Consumer Law obligations before confirming any refund or credit.

Service Changes

Charter timing, routing, vessel allocation, and availability may change because of weather, harbour conditions, fixture changes, operational requirements, or safety directions. We will use your contact details to send practical updates when needed.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers must follow crew instructions, behave safely and respectfully, and comply with venue, harbour, and vessel rules. Unsafe or abusive behaviour may lead to refusal of boarding or removal from the service.
