Common Questions
Where does the boat depart from? +
Gem Pier, Williamstown. There's plenty of street parking nearby and it's a short walk from Williamstown train station. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before departure. Open in Google Maps →
What time does the boat leave? +
We depart 1.5 hours before the first bounce. For a 7:30pm game, that's 6:00pm departure. The trip to Marvel Stadium takes about 30 minutes, giving you time to soak up the atmosphere before the game.
What about the return trip? +
The boat departs Marvel Stadium 30 minutes after the final siren. We dock right next to the stadium so it's a quick walk. Return trip passengers — just head to the dock after the game.
Is food and drink included? +
Complimentary finger food is provided on the way to the game. The bar is open with cheap drinks available for purchase. BYO is not permitted.
How do I pay? +
Cash on the day — pay when you board. Please bring exact change if possible. Your booking secures your spot, payment is collected on board.
Can I cancel my booking? +
Yes! You'll receive an SMS with a cancel link when you book. Just tap the link to free up your spot. If the game is sold out, the next person on the waitlist will be notified automatically.
Can I bring kids? +
Absolutely! Children are welcome and travel at a reduced fare ($20 return, $15 one way). All children must be accompanied by an adult.
